Cat Mail Co Postage Reference Tool

Interactive Cat Mail Co postage checklist tool — verify destination, weight, fragile, heavy, and night markings before shipping.

About This Tool

The Postage Reference Tool is an interactive checklist that helps you verify every requirement before loading a parcel onto the outgoing boat or delivering it to a customer. Missing even one step — a wrong weight tier, forgotten fragile sticker, or incorrect destination — causes returned damaged mail and wasted rework time.

Use this tool alongside our Package Handling guide until the full workflow becomes muscle memory. In co-op, the Postal Clerk can call out checklist items while the Dock Worker loads verified parcels.

How to Use the Checklist

Process each parcel through the checklist below before shipping. Check items as you complete them. All boxes must be ticked before the parcel is considered ready. Use the Reset button between packages to start fresh.

The checklist covers: destination label applied, correct weight stamp, fragile sticker (if scanner flagged), heavy sticker (if scanner flagged), scanner check completed (for customer parcels), and night marking verified (for moonlit packages).

Tool Tips

Keep this page open on a second monitor during co-op sessions. Solo players can alt-tab between the game and this checklist during their first week. Once you internalize the requirements, you will rarely need the tool — but it remains useful for training new co-op teammates.

For the complete labeling workflow, see the sorting video guide and our Package Handling reference.

What happens if I skip a check?

Mislabeled parcels return damaged. No game-over penalty, but rework costs time.
