Apply the hot temperature sticker in stamp mode immediately after the scanner flags heat, then move the parcel to the Hot Room before the next customer. Transfer to the boat only at dusk — the dock is an uncontrolled temperature zone. Standard non-hot parcels can safely wait in the Hot Room overnight.
